The contact form collects the name, business name, email address, and message you enter. Form submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to Nezra IT by email. If you book a time through the scheduling link, that booking is handled by Microsoft Bookings and collects the details requested on that page.
This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which logs standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested for security and performance purposes. Nezra IT does not run advertising trackers or sell any information.
Only to respond to your inquiry, schedule a visit, and carry out any work you ask for. Contact details are not added to marketing lists.
Inquiry messages are kept for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records afterward. You can ask for your information to be deleted at any time by emailing ian@nezrait.com.
